Contact us For all inquiries you can phone our office on 02 9391 5201 during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). For customer service, we have a lot of options on our main website, email, chat or book a phone call. We do not have a retail shop but we operate out of a commercial office and customers are welcome to come in and collect orders. Confirmed orders can be collected from our office in Pymble NSW (see our shipping page for details). We ask that you buy online or over the phone before you come in the buy, there is a pick up option on our checkout. Shipping Within Australia, we have one shipping rate: Australia Post next day Express Post for $13.95.  More information on shipping (including international destinations) Payment options For instant order processing, pay securely online using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, (no surcharge). We also accept electronic bank transfer payments which may delay shipping of your order by 1 business day while the payment clears.  More information on payments. Returns If it's faulty, we'll replace or refund it. If you change your mind, you can return unused and resaleable memory products within 30 days for a refund on the product price.
